Why Taiwan?
The best roads in Asia are found in this fascinating country yet to be discovered as a cycling paradise.
Fall for Taiwan’s charms as we dive into ever-changing landscapes, taste its delicious gastronomy, relax in natural hot springs, and discover its captivating cultural blend. A true point-to-point exploration across the island, hand in hand with our local partners.

Overview
Ride all across Taiwan, from the energetic Taipei, blending modern architecture and vibrant tradition, to the southernmost tip of the island.
The lush landscapes morph as we gain altitude, transitioning from tropical rainforests to alpine vegetation and high-mountain tea plantations. We conquer the peaks of the famed Taroko National Park before descending into incredible seaside roads along a spectacular and untouched coastline.
ENDLESS MOUNTAINS
70% of Taiwan is covered in mountains, and 268 of them surpass 3,000 meters above sea level. Our route goes straight into the high mountains of the Central Range, reaching 2,600m before descending to the East Coast.
The remote and challenging roads with spectacular vistas, take us through several National Parks with incredible passes, stunning gorges, and secluded tea farming plantations.

LOCAL CONNECTION
Our bike partners, Fara Cycling, have their operations base in Taiwan, hence they are deeply connected with the country.
We were inspired to co-create a trip that allows us to dive into the destination, genuinely connect with the local community, sample local delicacies, and live authentic experiences off the beaten path.
