The route looks challenging, will I be able to make it?
Of course! Our Signature trips have different levels of difficulty: from joyride to challenge, with the intermediate adventure option. And the custom trips are meant to be adapted to the challenge you are looking for.
Furthermore, once you sign up, we will happily coach you on how to prepare for the trip. And on the trip, we are going to be with you at all times: encouraging you, feeding you real & delicious food, and cheering you on. Our support van will always be close by, and if there is a way to do such a trip it is definitely with incredible support like the one we provide.
Should I bring my bike or rent one?
If you are very attached to your bike for any reason, you can definitely bring it along and we will seamlessly deal with the logistics of your bike case (or bag). But if you prefer to travel light, we can provide you with top-of-the-line road bike rentals.
How is the food going to be like?
At Horizons Cycling food & wine is one of our highest priorities. We will always go the extra mile to deliver the best food experience both on and off the bike. From freshly baked local pastries at the rest stops, to the best selection of restaurants at every one of the towns we will stop.
Can a non-rider or companion tag along?
Most definitely! We have done this in the past and we are always happy to accommodate non-riders. There are plenty of activities to do, places to go, and things to check out, and we will be happy to organize this for you. That being said, we would totally encourage you to try the e-bikes as exploring a country by bike it’s a very unique and remarkable experience that doesn’t compare to anything.
